Synopsis:

Increasing the amount of a public work contract that is exempt from specified prevailing wage requirements; altering a specified basis for determining a specified prevailing wage rate; requiring the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, in making an annual determination concerning a prevailing wage rate to make a specified determination and to publish specified work rules; making specified liability of a contractor under a public work contract contingent on an obligation of the Commissioner to give a specified notice; etc.
