Higher Education - Aid to Nonpublic Institutions - Louis L. Goldstein Capital Assistance Matching Grant Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Louis L. Goldstein Capital Assistance Matching Grant Program; authorizing the Governor and General Assembly to provide capital matching grants for higher education capital projects recommended by the Maryland Independent College and University Association (MICUA) to eligible nonpublic institutions that are MICUA members; limiting the amount of the grants that may be authorized in any fiscal year to $6,000,000; etc.
