Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to establish a Task Force on Microenterprise Development in Maryland to study the scope of microentrepreneurial activity in Maryland, including occupational, demographic, and geographic distributions, the benefits of microentrepreneurial activity to the economy and quality of life, and regulatory and other impediments that tend to inhibit microentrepreneurial activity; etc.
