Vehicle Laws - Personal Residential Reserved Parking for Persons with
Permanent Physical Disability - Review of Eligibility
Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to conduct reviews of
personal residential permits for reserved parking spaces every 2 years
from the date of issuance; and requiring the Administration to revoke
the personal residential permit for a reserved parking space and
require the appropriate agency to remove any sign or other
identification of the reserved space upon a determination that
eligibility requirements are not being met.
