Synopsis:

Changing the contribution rate for specified members of the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; altering the formula for computing the retirement allowance of specified members of the Pension System; establishing a Deferred Retirement Option Program for specified members; changing the criteria for receiving an accidental disability retirement allowance; modifying the cost-of-living adjustment for specified members; repealing an exception to provisions of law that govern transfers between specified systems; etc.
