Allowing a fiduciary institution or its officers, employees, agents,
or directors to disclose a customer's financial records and other
information if exploitation is suspected and a report of suspected
exploitation is filed with an adult protective services program;
providing that a report filed under the Act shall be deemed to protect
against and prevent actual or potential fraud, unauthorized
transactions, or other liability; etc.
