Fiduciary Institutions - Customer Financial Records - Allowable
Disclosures
Allowing a fiduciary institution or its officers, employees, agents,
or directors to disclose a customer's financial records and any other
information if exploitation is suspected and a report of suspected
exploitation is filed with an adult protective services program;
providing that there is no liability on the part of and no cause of
action shall arise against, and there shall be specified immunity for,
a fiduciary institution or specified persons for actions or omissions
related to the report of suspected exploitation; etc.
