State Personnel - Organ Donation Leave

Synopsis:

Providing that specified State employees may be entitled to organ donation leave with pay; establishing the maximum number of days of organ donation leave that an employee may use to serve as a bone marrow donor and an organ donor; providing that an employee may use organ donation leave only after obtaining approval from the employee's appointing authority; requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management to adopt specified regulations; etc.
