Establishing a Community College Job Training Opportunity Program;
requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to administer the

funding for job training advance accounts that will allow eligible
individuals to pursue approved job training programs at community
colleges; requiring that the Program be funded with money from the
federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) block grant and
any other available public or private source; etc.
