Homicide by Aggressive Driving

Synopsis:

Establishing the crime of homicide by aggressive driving for a person who, while driving a motor vehicle during a single traffic incident, commits two or more specified motor vehicle violations and causes the death of another person as a result of the person's negligent driving of the motor vehicle; establishing specified penalties; and providing for the assessment of 12 points by the Motor Vehicle Administration for a conviction of homicide by aggressive driving.
