Income Tax Credit for Green Buildings

Synopsis:

Providing for State income tax credits for specified costs for construction or rehabilitation of green buildings and specified equipment to meet applicable energy efficiency and environmental standards; limiting the annual and aggregate amount of initial credit certificates that the Administration may issue; authorizing the Comptroller and the Administration to adopt regulations; etc.
