Synopsis:

Requesting the Virginia-Maryland-District of Columbia Joint Legislative Commission on Interstate Transportation, in consultation with the governing bodies of counties in the Metropolitan Washington Region and the Maryland Department of Transportation, to study the issue of establishing a Regional Transportation Authority; requesting the Speaker of the House, the President of the Senate and their Virginia and District of Columbia counterparts to consider an expansion of the Commission; etc.
