Maryland Transportation Authority - Vehicle Parking Facilities

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Transportation Authority to finance, build, operate, and maintain vehicle parking facilities in areas with specified characteristics; requiring that vehicle parking facility revenues pay all the debt service, operating, and maintenance costs for a specified period of time; prohibiting moneys from the Transportation Authority Fund from being used as a cash investment for a vehicle parking facility; etc.
