Requiring the State Superintendent of Education and the Department of Business and Economic Development to include a clause governing nonvisual access in any contract or grant awarded under the Technology for Education Program; specifying requirements that are to be included in the clause; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt specified regulations; providing for the application of the Act to specified technology; etc.
