Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Montgomery County, Inc. for the repair and renovation of the heating and air conditioning system, roof replacement, and upgrade of handicapped access to the mental health facility on Twinbrook Parkway in Rockville; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
