Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - The Salvation Army Centennial Wing

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $75,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Salvation Army, Inc. for the renovation of the facility at 351 Hilltop Lane in Annapolis and the addition of a new wing to allow for additional programs for children, the elderly, and families in need; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
