Creation of a State Debt - Calvert County - The Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Maryland

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Maryland, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building in Calvert County to house a Boys and Girls Club; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and providing generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
