Synopsis:

Requiring a local law enforcement agency on written request to send, under specified circumstances, a copy of the registration statement for each sexually violent offender or offender whose registration statement is on record with the law enforcement agency to the person who submitted the request; and generally relating to disclosure of registration statements of offenders and sex offenders.
