Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $350,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Rotary Club of Salisbury Foundation, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping of a scouting and community center facility located at 1715 Riverside Drive in Salisbury to be built around the commemorative fireplace and chimney of the original district scout center structure; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
