Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Takoma Park Cooperative Nursery School, Inc. for the acquisition, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building, located at 8204 Flower Avenue in Takoma Park, for use as the Takoma Park Cooperative School; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
