Entitled:
Vehicle Laws - Drunk Driving - Repeat Offenders

Synopsis:

Altering the penalties for a person convicted of repeated offenses of driving while intoxicated and driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or a combination of alcohol and drugs under specified circumstances; requiring the use of an ignition interlock system under specified circumstances; altering the time period for filing a reinstatement application for a driver's license or privilege to drive under specified circumstances; and making conforming changes.
