Vehicle Laws - Drunk Driving - Repeat Offenders

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend for 12 months the license of an individual convicted of repeat offenses of driving while intoxicated or intoxicated per se within a 5-year period; requiring the Administration to return a suspended license to the individual subject to the maintenance, for not less than 12 months, of an ignition interlock system on each vehicle owned by the individual; etc.
