Synopsis:

Increasing from $4,000 to $6,000 the limit on contributions to a single candidate or political committee during a 4-year election cycle; increasing the cumulative contribution limit from $10,000 to $15,000; and increasing the limit on transfers from one political committee to another political committee from $6,000 to $9,000.
