Synopsis:

Requiring a medical laboratory to report information related to lead poisoning when requested by the Department of the Environment; requiring a medical laboratory, office, or other facility that draws blood from any child 18 years old and under for analysis of blood lead levels to obtain required information, including address, date of birth, sex, and race; requiring an owner of specified property to test for lead-contaminated dust under specified circumstances; etc.
