Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Mercy Medical Center for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new facility to be used as the Center for Women's Health and Medicine, to be located on the campus of Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, subject to a matching fund requirement; etc.
