Synopsis:

Requiring that the State Highway Administration and the Maryland Transportation Authority ensure that the POW/MIA flag of the National League of Families of American Prisoners and Missing in Southeast Asia be flown year round at specified rest areas, welcome centers, and exhibit centers; etc.
