Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Good Samaritan Hospital of Maryland, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of the Good Health Center at Good Samaritan Hospital of Maryland; prohibiting the use of the proceeds of the sale of the bonds and matching fund for sectarian religious purposes; requiring the grantee to provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
