Alcoholic Beverages - Direct Shipment Permit

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Office of the Comptroller to issue an alcoholic beverages direct shipment permit to out-of-State manufacturers or wholesalers; authorizing a holder of a direct shipment permit to ship up to the equivalent of twenty-four 750-milliliter containers of alcoholic beverages per month directly to State residents for personal use; establishing an annual permit fee of $100; requiring a permit applicant to provide specified information to the Comptroller; etc.
