Establishing a Task Force to Study Adult Education Services in Maryland; requiring the Task Force to study adult education issues, including basic skills instruction, English for speakers of other languages, and family literacy instruction and preparation for the General Equivalent Diploma (GED) test and the adult external high school program; providing for membership on the Task Force; etc.
