Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $50,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the National Capital Historical Museum of Transportation, Inc. for the repair, renovation, rehabilitation, expansion, and capital equipping of a building at the site of the National Capital Trolley Museum in Montgomery County and for the laying of track to serve the building; requiring the grantee to provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
