Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Olney Boys and Girls Club Community Park

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $50,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Olney Boys and Girls Club for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Olney Boys and Girls Club Community Park, a recreational facility for over 4,500 children who are members of the Olney Boys and Girls Club, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
