Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $900,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of County Commissioners of Charles County for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a swimming pool and related facilities, to be located adjacent to Henry E. Lackey High School at 3000 Chicamuxen Road in Indian Head; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
