Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Bethesda Academy of Performing Arts

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $50,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Bethesda Academy of Performing Arts, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Imagination Stage and School of the Arts, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and providing generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
