Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $140,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The Believers Worship Center, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a facility located in Capital Heights, to be used as a recreational and community development center; prohibiting the use of the proceeds of the sale of the bonds and the matching fund for sectarian religious purposes; providing for a matching fund requirement; etc.
