Downtown Commuter Benefits Act of 2001

Synopsis:

Allowing a business entity to claim tax credits for the business entity's costs of providing funds for the development and operation of mass transit service, other than a taxi service, that provides transportation to the business entity's employees at no additional cost or at a reduced fare; and applying the Act to tax years after 2001.
