Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Our House Youth Home

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $225,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Our House Youth Home, Inc. for renovation and capital equipping of Mellwood Farm located in Olney and to be used by the grantee as the permanent home for a residential training facility; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
