Synopsis:

Requiring the inclusion of land use and community facilities plan elements in the development of local comprehensive plans; requiring projected demands in the land use element to be within, and planned with due regard to, specified capacities; requiring specified facilities in the transportation element of local plans to be consistent with a specified State plan; applying the Act to all local jurisdictions; etc.
