State Police Retirement System - Service Retirement Benefits and Deferred Retirement Option Program

Synopsis:

Reducing to 20 years service the requirement for full retirement for a member of the State Police Retirement System; increasing the maximum benefit allowed under the System; and allowing participation in the Deferred Retirement Option Program for up to 5 years by members with between 20 and 28 years of eligibility service.
