Mental Hygiene Administration - Office of Administrative Hearings - Procedure

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations within the Mental Health Administration to establish a dispute resolution process for specified community mental health programs; providing that specified community mental health programs have the right to access a specified mediation process and the right to request a hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings, under specified circumstances; etc.
