Baltimore City - Condemnation - Immediate Possession and Title - Distressed Property

Synopsis:

Authorizing proceedings for condemnation and immediate taking of specified properties in Baltimore City; clarifying that Baltimore City shall assure that an owner-occupant or tenant who is displaced under the Act is offered specified assistance and payments under specified circumstances; granting exclusive original civil jurisdiction of a specified proceeding to the District Court in specified circumstances; etc.
