Somerset County - Ferry Company - Franchise

Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of Somerset County to grant a franchise for a ferry company to operate between Somerset County and Reedville, Virginia on an exclusive basis; requiring the County Commissioners to review a specified proposed business and financial plan and authorizing them to adopt specified regulations; providing that a ferry company granted a franchise under the Act has a specified period of time in which to exercise the franchise, after which the franchise is null and void; etc.
