Harness Racing - Licensees - Takeout Allocation

Synopsis:

Allowing a harness track licensee's share of the takeout relating to purses and the Maryland Standardbred Race Fund to be allocated in accordance with a specified agreement; requiring that specified persons sign the agreement; and declaring that the Act not be construed to allow alteration of specified takeout allocations.
