Red Light Camera Repeal Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the use of automated traffic control monitoring systems to determine compliance with the Maryland Vehicle Law, except in a school zone, at a railroad crossing, or when a law enforcement officer is present and issues a citation at the general time and place of the violation.
