Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management to establish a statewide Telework and Workforce Development Center Pilot Program; specifying the purposes of the Telework and Workforce Development Centers; establishing a Task Force to Study Telework; requiring the Task Force to recommend methods to educate private sector employers on the advantages of telework and recommend specified legislative changes; establishing the membership of the Task Force; providing that the Act terminates on September 30, 2006; etc.
