Synopsis:

Extending from July 1 to August 15 of each year the deadline for county boards of education to update and submit to the State Board and the State Superintendent the county board's comprehensive master plan; requiring county boards to submit a current year approved budget and the estimated prior year actual revenue and expenditures to the State Board and the State Superintendent by August 15 of each year; etc.
