Entitled:
Board of Public Works - Baltimore Zoo - Lease Payments

Synopsis:

Requiring that any payments due by the State for the Baltimore Zoo under a lease or sublease agreement be included in the annual budget for the Board of Public Works; and stating the intent of the General Assembly that the name of the zoo be altered to be the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore.
