Property Tax - Homeowners' Property Tax Credit - Computation
Altering the application of the $150,000 limitation on the assessed
value of a dwelling used for calculating the homeowners' property tax
credit, to provide for application of the limitation after reducing
the assessed value of the dwelling by the amount of any assessment on
which the homestead property tax credit is granted; and applying the
Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2004.
