Synopsis:

Requiring the University System of Maryland to make annual payments in lieu of taxes to the City of College Park for any property that the University System of Maryland purchases that was subject to property tax on January 1, 2004; providing for the calculation of these annual payments; requiring these annual payments to be subject to terms and conditions as agreed upon by the University System of Maryland and the City of College Park; etc.
