Department of Housing and Community Development - Neighborhood Business Development Program

Synopsis:

Authorizing financial assistance under the Neighborhood Business Development Program to be provided to microenterprises; requiring the Department of Housing and Community Development to make a reasonable, good faith effort to make 25% of Program loans and grants to microenterprises; authorizing the Community Development Administration to provide funds to eligible programs under the Neighborhood Business Development Fund to eligible programs; etc.
