Synopsis:

Prohibiting statewide a person from standing in a roadway, median divider, or intersection to solicit money or donations from the occupant of a vehicle; repealing specified provisions applicable to Prince George's County as redundant in light of the statewide application of the Act and specified other provisions of law; etc.
